Clients are kindly requested to read these Terms and Conditions carefully. wowed.co.za reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions on this Website as and when required, and by using the Website the client agrees to the Terms and Conditions as they appear whether or not the client has read them.

1. DESCRIPTION OF GOODS/SERVICES

 wowed.co.za is an online business that supplies high-quality health supplements and natural products.

2. DELIVERY POLICY

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 (one) to 2 (two) business days and delivery confirmed by way of an order number. All orders will be attended to by way of a Courier Service and such Courier Service will operate in South Africa only.

3. NATIONAL AND CROSS-BORDER DELIVERIES/SHIPPING DETAILS

The offering on this website is available to South African clients living in South Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, & Mozambique.

A/ The Courier Guy – Deliveries within the borders of South Africa 

wowed.co.za is dependant on the service of The Courier Guy for the successful delivery of parcels and therefore out of the ordinary circumstances are out of our control, such as hi-jackings etc. wowed.co.za will however endeavour and work with The Courier Guy as a team in order to keep customers updated as well as for the successful delivery of parcels. wowed.co.za however reserves the right to terminate their agreement with The Courier Guy and send the parcel with any other courier company in order to successfully deliver the parcel to the client. The following shipping options are available which may be selected upon checkout:

Standard Economy
Applies to all those consignments which are not time sensitive and which may be too large to send express / airfreight. The average transit times vary from a 36 hour(1.5 days) service to 120 hours(5 days).

Standard Overnight (order by 11:00am on previous business day)
Delivery by 11:00am the following day. Applies only to major centres i.e. Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, and Pretoria etc.

Free Shipping option (orders over R1000)
All orders over R1000 where the free shipping option is selected will be sent with Standard Economy as mentioned above. The client can still select & pay for the Standard Overnight option in the event that the order is over R1000.

Kindly take note that that the client will be charged for shipping upon checkout and rates charged will depend on the delivery address provided by the client and the courier option which is selected.

B/  SAPO (South African Post Office) – For deliveries outside the borders of South Africa – Swaziland, Lesotho, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, & Mozambique. 

All parcels need to be collected from your local Post Office counter. For assistance, insurance and risk, to track and trace your parcel, to redirect your parcel etc. go to: https://www.postoffice.co.za/CustomerService/index.html or call 0860 111 502. Speed Services Couriers is an independant division of the South African Post Office which offers an international courier service to over 200 international destinations.

Notes

We cannot be held responsible for 3rd party inefficiencies or losses. Insurance is now included up to R1000 per package. Extra insurance is available on request.
Our responsibility ends once we have correctly transferred your package to your chosen method (courier or SAPO) for delivery to you.
Weekend and public holiday delivery rates are not currently supported in our shipping models. These rates are more expensive, and generally unreliable.

4. RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY

The provision of goods and services by wowed.co.za is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, wowed.co.za will contact the client in respect of alternative options. Should the client however not wish to proceed with an alternative option suggested, wowed.co.za will attend to a full refund within 30 days.

Only orders that have not yet been paid for may be cancelled. Cancellation of orders, which have already been paid for by the client, can only be attended to in the event that the package has not already been collected by the Courier Service, and will attract a 10% administration/cancellation fee.

In the event of a client receiving a damaged and/or incorrect product, the client must inform wowed.co.za within 1 (one) working day of receiving the product, and the necessary arrangements will be made to attend to a refund of the damaged product alternatively to exchange the incorrect product for the account of wowed.co.za.

5. CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY

wowed.co.za places a high value on your personal information and your privacy. Personal Information provided by clients will be kept confidential.

wowed.co.za shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

6. PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED

Payment can be made via Visa and MasterCard. wowed.co.za will also accept payment by way of electronic bank transfer and payments by way of Zapper.

7. MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

8. RESPONSIBILITY

wowed.co.za takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

9. VARIATION

wowed.co.za may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
